おそばにどんな種類があるの？
日本では、ひと言に「蕎麦」と言っても、ざるそば、かけそば、もりそば等々、実にさまざまな食べ方をされています。いろいろな食べ方を楽しめることも、蕎麦の大きな魅力ですね。
逆に、蕎麦に馴染みのない外国人にとっては、蕎麦の種類が多いほど迷ってしまうもの。それぞれの蕎麦の違いや特徴を的確に伝えてあげることが大切です。
